Yeah I watched the press conference and there was absolutely nothing in it, just a few quick PR speeches by a few dignitaries. I assume it'll mean more Steelers/Ireland clothes available on their online store, maybe a few Steelers things in Carrols, Duty Free etc

It's bound to be just to publicise the Steelers getting the territory rights for Ireland.
Croke Park wouldn't be suitable for a regular season game and teams won't want to travel during pre-season.

Well now
Steelers are due to host a media event there regarding the rights they've recevied for Ireland. I do wonder though ? Hardly a regular season game though I'd have thought there'd be few places more in line after England and Germany first before us. Maybe a pre season but still clashes with AI finals if there's replays I think |
