support an average team. more fun (the eagles are superbowl contenders) unless you have a connection to USA or whatever. also check out a few games on sky and see if a team catches your eye

when i started supporting the jets they were average at best and look at them now

great thing is there is different competitors every year (to an extent)

Well I probably should follow the Rams seeing as I lived in St Louis and watch the Cardinals in the baseball and love the Blues in the hockey!

Well I started following the 49ers in the early 90s when they were one of the all time great teams pretty much (albeit winding down at that point) but yet they haven't got near the play offs in the last 8 years. So picking a 'good team' doesn't necessarily work in American sports as it's swings and roundabouts for all the teams pretty much. I remember the Pats were cannon fodder for any half decent team in the early 2000s.

I'd say just try and watch a few games and see if any team takes your fancy. Thumbs Up

The Rams running back has just been announced inured but i dont think there is any value in the giants at 10/31 or the Giants -7 at Evens. IMO the Giants are over-rated and both teams are evenly matched but with the running back out NY get the edge.

Sam Bradford to pass over 225.5 yards at 5/6 could be worth a punt since he has a major running weapon out. Decent weather in New York as well.

Most of them saying the game won't go by without a massive mistake from Sanchez.
Changed my bet and went Ravens -5.

In fairness, how they even racked up 51 points in that game is a mystery. 45 of those points game from the defense's and special teams LOL

Cant call that game even with a handicap. With Green Bay likely to top the division, this game is HUGE! Both teams are competing against each other for the 2 wild card spots. The Bears know if Detroit go 5-0 they will have serious some problems. The hugeness of this game for the Bears is immeasurable.
