Conventional beauty is overrated. Jennifer Aniston is/was supposedly very attractive but I've always thought she was mediocre looking. That chin. Something masculine about her.

Liar Liar was on TV one of the days and Maura Tierney was the female lead. Thought she looked like Aniston except cuter and more feminine. 

Angelina Jolie's another one. Every time I look at her I just see Jon Voight.

All of them apart from the ginger yoke are nice IMO.

Never found any of the female Friends cast attractive.

It's entirely subjective, but Jennifer Aniston in the early seasons of Friends in particular, was quite something.
