Letting that ball bounce by Stockdale was criminal.

That's laughably bad. He should be taken off immediately for that.

It’s even more than that. Conway and Stockdale haven’t had the necessary urgency.

If the 'soccer' team was 17-0 down at half-time they would deserve it.

Ireland have had a good first 10. Really out the pressure on. England’s cynical side comes to the fore.

Won the second half 12-7!
Sexton missing five easy points didn’t help, but in the first half the damage was well and truly done. Two tries handed to England and points kicked away. Also, in a major game, we looked like we were back at the RWC.

ah, all pro rugby is cynical ffs, they were congratulating stander in the first half for turning the scrum and gaining a decision by making England look culpable. They were better, better prepared, ready, tactically aware and physically all over that Irish side. Them v Wales will be a bloody affair.

Look as said those 2 tries could have been avoided. But in general everything is too slow and static. No real imagination. Cooney should start the next game as hes quicker getting the ball away and hes a running threat. Could really do with some invention in the backline.

I’m not sure England would be singing from the rooftops about that performance. It was easier and they could have made it easier. They are undoubtedly a much better team with a greater spread of skills. Farrell could do with looking seriously at changing the half backs.

agree they’ll find the going tougher v Wales , who love inflicting pain on England ,and also the point about the half backs. It never looked right today at all, almost as if the occasion was too much, bit like Ireland’s World Cup efforts as soon as knockout beckons. Very frustrating to watch.I do feel Irish rugby has to expand now, the old fee paying schools contributing most of the internationals has to end if a deeper pool of playing talent is to be built up, but is the appetite there? The prominence in our sporting calendar of schools rugby and the blanket media coverage of same is just extending the exclusive elitist image, and is a real turn off for many.

The haircuts on Sexton and Murray.....FFS.....they’re in their 30’s.....do they think they’re the Young Offenders?
Once they start going down that road it’s tv commentary employment territory. |

Pretty comprehensive stuff by England - third game in a row they have just physically had far too much for Ireland. Apart from the two glaring individual mistakes Ireland's defence was actually quite good again, but it's the attack that is the big worry at the moment. They just look so toothless. Although hard to have much joy when you're losing nearly all the collisions.
For the last two games they should start Kelleher, Doris and Cooney. Need to freshen it up in some way.

Whether it's typhoons or viruses, Italian rugby fans must be getting fairly tired of their games always being the ones getting cancelled.
