Yeah I'd imagine so but it's clear he doesn't give a bollox about the drink driving laws and this punishment is hardly going to put and end to it.

11 members from an extended family, that can only mean that abuse within the family has been normalised through generations of abuse. Hopefully these arrests can end that cycle and arresting those paying for the sex too Must be hard work for the gardai on these cases

The whole thing is strange...........hopefully they find the poor girl. As for the paedophile arrests, I doubt very much I can bring myself to read or hear about these crimes, it's too fooked up to imagine.

Me too, reckon they're going to find nothing on this search unfortunately. Hopefully they had a strong reason to go searching there though, maybe CCTV has shown she was there. If it's just a tip from one person though seems like a wild goose chase.

He is and that was at least the second lengthy interview that RTE has done with him. Papers are also pointing all arrows in his direction. To be honest after hearing the interview back in November I don't think he's guilty. If he is he's a very good actor imo.

It's a strange case alright, but in any interviews I've seen he has come across a bit guilty looking. Maybe it is the way the media portray him?

She was known to love her dogs and wouldn't cross the road without them never mind traveling to England to stay with relatives as the husband says. Also, bare in mind she hasn't shown up on any CCTV at the sea ports or airports. Hopefully they find her body and justice is done should foul play be involved. I don't see any obvious signs at all that he's lying in that interview. The whole thing about how scared she was of strange woods or forests is odd. It's an actual phobia : xylophobia.
