I'm amazed no-one has come in for Kieran Tierney this summer.
If Robertson went to Liverpool for £10m, Tierney worth at least £25m

I see second leg is a 16.30 ko. Shaun Maloney confirmed as new Celtic U20s coach.

Prior to tonight's game BT have a programme on about the SPL featuring Chris Sutton and Sally McCoist should be a laugh.

Celtic should have won easily last night but made hard work of it still three points is what matters.

Browns goal shouldve stood and I've seen those penalties given x100 times before

The game was sloppy, hopefully it was down to the team having one eye on Wednesday

We were watching different games! Celtic were absolutely appalling last night, as disjointed a performance as I have seen under Rodgers. It is a bit worrying that it is only a few weeks after a similar performance against Rosenborg, but I guess both highlight the importance of having a Griff or Dembele.
Thistle would have been good value for the draw, and only for Storey deciding to do several pirouettes when Bitton fouled him, they would have got it.

Granted Celtic weren't at their best but all I'm saying if they had put away their chances they would have won at a canter.

And if Thistle had taken theirs they would have got a result! It is great to play badly and win, but it was a concerning performance.

He played and scored for their reserves yesterday.
A tackle on Fir Park would probably retire him right enough

Would be a great coup that would suit both parties.

BR on LG

“That’s always the danger sign. Our plan was to give him 60 minutes against Hearts last Saturday, 60 to 70 against Kilmarnock on Tuesday then try to get him towards 90 tonight in preparation for Astana.
“But after the Kilmarnock game he felt tightness in his calf on the Wednesday. You always have to be careful with that.
“So we assessed it and thought it was maybe too big a risk. He felt fine this morning, so he got his half hour at the end of the game.
“I will definitely have to look at things a little closer now. My vision is to have two strikers available and fit, pushing each other.
“If there’s an unavailability and it’s consistent, then I need to seriously look at that.
“The guys are doing great for us. You look at the games they have come through so. We are not conceding. James is doing great at times, Tom has played up there as well.
“But the dynamic of the team is obviously better when you have a number nine who can actually play the role.”
