thought we played well last night. where do UEFA get some of these refs, that guy was completely incompetent! the bayo red card was a joke and Christie should have had a peno, plus lots of baffling minor decisions.
 
good result though and cluj beating Lazio means this could be a wide open group.

Did you see the way he booked Eduoard that time for diving? Wouldn't look at him and waited for him to get up then produced the card

I thought the second yellow card for Bayo was one of the most disgraceful decisions I've ever seen. The ref was waving at the keeper to get up as if he was play acting, then he produces a yellow. Shocking.

apparently as its 2 yellows it cant be overturned. he books eddie for diving then by logic he should have been booking Christie for diving (even though he was cleaned)

Celtic: Uefa fine Scottish champions £11,000 for fan disturbances in win at AIK



Celtic have been fined £11,000 by Uefa for fans setting off flares and throwing objects during the 4-1 Europa League play-off second-leg win over AIK in Stockholm last month.

Uefa's control, ethics and disciplinary body met on Thursday to rule on the charges against the Scottish champions.

Celtic claimed Swedish supporters had infiltrated the away end as fans and police clashed at the Friends Arena.

AIK have been fined £7,000 for stairways being blocked.

The latest charge is the 17th time Celtic have been fined by European football's governing body since 2007.
