Tuborg is awful tack altogether. In fairness to Spoons, you always get a decent selection of beers in there and they are great for people watching.

Incredible prices in Wetherspons Magners draught £1.99 in the UK two pubs in Sunderland selling the same drink for £3.70 and £3.90!

They are killing other pubs with prices. 3.70 would still be cheap around here!

Spot on there whilst I use Wetherspoons I also like to get in locally owned pubs to give them the trade. As long as their Irish drinks are up to scratch or they sell DM!

There are a lot of better lagers out there. Again, there marketing of it has been very good and I guess the options are still limited in a lot of places back there.

Of all the major beers on tap in most Irish pubs it’s one of the nicest I think.
It’s either that or Guinness for me generally.
5 lamps in Dalymount on match day too

Anyone on here had the Aldi Orchard Irish cider before? It tastes similar to Bulmers/Magners.

I wonder where in Ireland it is brewed?

Currently reduced in Aldi shops in the UK to £85p a 568ml bottle!

Beer
