It says a lot about the state of the league relative to others atm, when you see that Lincoln of Gibraltar got into the Conference Group Stage, and no team from the LOI managed that.

Gibraltar lads.

Vitesse Arnhem and PAOK Salonika progressing in Europe as things stand. Both teams pushed all the way by Irish sides back in the autumn.

Unrelated to LoI but PAOK hooligans murdered a rival teams fan in an unprovoked attack recently. There was an article about it on the Athletic this week. Hooliganism seems to be out of control there at the moment.

The Poles would be tough but they would have a chance of progressing against the rest. Even against Poznan they would give it a good shot id say.

Rovers definitely got the best draw on offer. Hibs of Malta

great draw considering how tough some others were, but the heat over there can be a killer.

Quality draw for Rovers. Should be favourites to get through that one.

Best draw they could have hoped for, real chance of making the group stages in at least the conference.

I think the Derry game is the most interesting to see where we are as a league. Latvia are in and around us in the co-efficient table. Looking forward to seeing how they match up in quality to see if we are actually ahead of where we are in the league rankings.

Sligo have an awful record in Europe but should really be beating the Welsh side to set up another Celtic Derby against Motherwell, I can see those games being big occasions if they happen. RTE will actually probably go and show it once there's a British team involved.
