He is. (I don't like the UFC). Go abroad and meet someone under 30 and ask them about Ireland, they'll likely only now one Irish man and it's not Shane Long.
 

Got this in a bar in Amsterdam last October was wearing an Irish rugby jersey and Turkish lads started shouting I love Conor McGregor enthusiastically in our direction. 😂

It is a fact I’m no fan of him but for a year or two he was one of the most box office sports stars on the planet.
