I thought he used the ball well.

I don't think I've seen him make a tackle. Ever. His lack of work rate would be a concern for me. The commentators made a comment that it just didn't go for him tonight.

It didn't go his way in the Bohs games either.

Have to agree, Byrne is the type of player who only really stands out when we are bossing games, when we have hit battles just like horse says he just does not roll up the sleeves and get stuck in, on a different note our traveling support last night was a joke can’t wait to hear some of the bullsh*t excuses

I can’t see him moving  to Sligo.

Greed has won, big finance has won. Whatever small role elite clubs still play in the local communities from which they grew is dwarfed now by their position as global brands.

JB on off the ball.

Came across really well actually.

He did admit to drinking though - be funny to see lads defend him now when he said it himself LOL

Once you are known as a heavy drinker it's hard to shake off that reputation

Did he?

I listened to it and he said he had a few drinks after the game. He didn't say pints or indicate alcoholic drinks.
