I propose that the Irish abroad Sligo Hornet, Roger Milla and Seaniemac pay the state a monthly tax of 0.1% of their incomes minus my 10% commision fee for coming up with this idea. This combined intake alone should amount to roughly 80billion euro and will avoid an international bailoutCool
