Jaysus TJ do you have to clog up every thread daily with numerous posts trying to be funny?

Quality over quantity and all that jazz.

Not true! Those rumours have been squashed; relations remain cordial.
Greed has won, big finance has won. Whatever small role elite clubs still play in the local communities from which they grew is dwarfed now by their position as global brands.

Yeah he wasn't dropping back and helping out Coleman much on Saturday but sure as we all know from an attacking sense it's so hard to impress for Ireland when we constantly have the shackles on.

McClean and Robinson are two complete polar opposites in a defensive sense.

its a role he doesn’t play for his club at all as far as I know... normally plays up top as part of a front 2, dont think we have seen the best of him yet

Up until last season he played mostly as a wide player

I thought he was playing through the middle for Preston before he got injured... scored quite a few goals

Yeah, McClean was almost a wing-back and I’m not sure what Robinson’s role was at all and he didn’t seem sure himself.
Even by our standards the whole thing was very disjointed.

Yeah for sure, as a team it looked as if our tactics and game plan were decided 5 minutes before kick off  because it was a mess from start to finish.

We're probably unfortunate in a sense that we have plenty of good young players coming through, but in order to make a significant impact at this level it's a year too early for most of them to break into our team.

I fear for us tomorrow big time.
