I'm not aware of any confirmed time for this game yet.  Ultimately it will be a police decision although there are other factors.  

I don't think Wembley is 100% confirmed but that is the working assumption.  I have flights to London booked although safer to book a hotel on free cancellation.

It'll be Wembley.

They don't move out of Wembley unless it's in use for something else or in the event of recently partial stadium closures from UEFA.

They are contracted to play all competitive games at Wembley. It will 100% be Wembley LOL
