Schools Boards of Management are made up of volunteers, some are parents of pupils and others are independent of the school but probably living in the same community.  So this poor guy John Rogers, a volunteer probably accepted the Chairperson's post like a lot of us involved in small football clubs not because he wanted the position but because no one put their hands up for it.

Now the poor guy is stuck in the middle of this mess and he has been brought to National attention.  Mentally it can't be good for him.  There is no escape from the Burkes, I really feel sorry for the poor guy.

Why didn't we know about the Burkes when JD was ruining our beloved game.  We could have got four or five of them to go to the FAI Agm every year and other events where JD was strutting his stuff.  We would have got rid of him years earlier.
