Well.atleast they could still.profit either way.

The aid does work. When it was paused Russia made gains. If it was never paused Russia wouldn't have taken Avdiivka and their insanely high losses would be even worse.

That’s a pretty paltry defence. The recent Presidential elections in Russia are indicative of that.

Modern day Russia isn’t a democracy. The recent election was miles away from what happens in a democracy. Putin laid the ground work for terminal power, and only permits opponents who actively support him.
