Coote for Slogett. Kearns for Talbot

Good team no doubt but still nowhere near the national team

Ok but it would be just a one-off game made up of Irish LOI players.....we could find a loophole

Take a representative team made up of Irish eligible players from the LOI clubs and give them a 2 week training camp. How would they do in a competitive match against the current Ireland International team ?

Its based on a post from Cabra Hoop. Coote is Scottish. It's not real, don't overthink it.

I’m not overthinking it, I did misread the initial post and was thrown by a Cape Verde international

So Coote is ineligible but Lopes an actual international footballer isn’t LOL

Aritz Aduriz has 13 caps for Spain but also has 13 caps for the Basque country in unofficial games so I'm sure something similar could be done here. Lopes is actually an Irish citizen though, I'm not sure if Coote is so therefore wouldn't be eligible.

In the pipeline for a while now and will be a nice lead in with LOI underage. Great facilities in Milebush Park but will need upgrading over the next few years I'd imagine.
