Forest have now agreed terms with another CB. Seen some chatter online about the possibility of a loan move for Omobamidele to Olympiacos. The basis of that being Forest have far too many CBs and Olympiacos are crying out for one(they share the same owner).

I'm sure he was given some sort of assurances but agree, terrible move and looks to be very poorly advised. Forrest have about 8/9 players who can currently play that CB position. Norwich fans knew they had a player on their hands but the club sold due to debt. Still plenty of time yet and he's too good to not be even making match day squads.

Think it might have been good to get him a couple of games for the Under 21s while he's in this phase of not playing at club level. Would have been good for the team and the player. Looking at the Under 21 games in November, if he hasn't pushed into the Forest first team by then it would seem an obvious thing to do for everyone.

No problem with that at all. He is young and a very talented player who the manager considers has huge talent. Sometimes the manager just had to back their opinion of a player even if they are not getting game time. You can’t chop and change purely on form and game time when you are Ireland.
