No composure by Ferry on two occasions. Really poor efforts given he had created the chances all himself.

Yeah has done really well, bit like Connolly at this level. But can not kick through the ball, kicks like a rugby place kicker. O’Neill has come on fir Wright and looks dangerous.

Come on! Last kick of the game winner from O'Neill. Well taken goal, thought he had lost the chance when he cut back inside. Much better performance tonight than against Italy or probably any qualifier they've played so far.
How do our chances of qualification look now?

There was a touch of Robbie Keane in terms of composure with that goal. Thought he had taken too many touches but no, buried it.

Well deserved. Should’ve chased this Swedish team down from the start. We were much better team but too conservative first half. Kick on from here Crawford and become an offensive team not defensive. Well done keeper btw, composed throughout.

Good man O'Neill. Looked good when he came in. Sold the dummy well and created the space and tucked it away. He is eligible for the 19s.

He can play beyond then, it goes by year of the start date of qualification. Its always anyone born or after 1st Jan 20xx. If were to qualify for the final he can still play in the finals in June 2023.

I like that o Neill . I googled him there and it says place of birth Republic of Ireland . If that’s correct he must have moved away quite young as has quite an English accent . Anyone have any ideas on his background . Thought he looked really good when he came on. Ferguson looks a beast

Great interview. Proud, honest, articulate and confident. Referred to it as "fairytale" didn't he? "We're Ireland, we can beat them." Some great quotes in there.
