Where did you get the cans from? didn't think they were available in ROI.

The draught cans are decent I must say. Got fed up drinking them before Christmas but renewed my thirst for them again. it's all about getting the temperature right.

I've ended up drinking a few stout slushies at times.

Told me in the Guinness storehouse to turn it over on itself a few times slowly, leave it upside down for ten seconds and then open and leave for ten seconds before pouring, works a treat

Usually give mine 20-30 in the freezer from the fridge before having it

I'm not mad into it when it's too cold. It's about finding the balance!

Its all about the timing. Treat as if you’re in the pub and you shout a pint even though the current one has a few mouthfuls left.

Not drinking Guinness that long but find I drink the pint in 3, maybe 4 gulps so still trying to figure out when I need to order the next. 20+ years on lager so no such issues there.

Order the second one as soon as the first one arrives.  That’s what all true pintmen do.  You won’t go far wrong.

The price of them is crazy. Isn't exact the exact same contents just without the widget, so should be cheaper!!!

got them from beershark, £50 a slab + 20 delivery.

I’ve tried it with the normal cans and it’s very hit and miss, no comparison between a normal can poured normally and the surgers.

There dear alright but with no chance of a Keg for awhile after my current one goes may have to do could be a Gimmick. €2 over the border in Down so not much saving either way. Seen the video of Regular cans in machine could just look the same. I don't mind regular cans what I do is with widget cans fridge for 24 hours standing up. Can size harp glass in the freezer for 15 mins then pour at 45 degree angle till top of the harp then stop for 2 mins and top up and I'd give it a good 6 out of 10.
I'm the gaffer whatever I say goes.
