With regards to Ryanair, how do you go about asking for a full refund? Got an email offering me a voucher, and when you click the link to get a full refund it only says
  • Customers who choose not to accept a free move or voucher will receive their refund in due course, once this crisis has passed. Over the coming weeks and months, we will be working hard to process refund requests as quickly as we can.
  • We sincerely apologise for these unavoidable refund delays which are due to the unprecedented volume of Govt. imposed flight cancellations and we sincerely thank customers for their patience.
Is there anything else that needs done to get your refund or is it just a waiting game?

Read back over the thread you can use a charge back on your bank card and you get the money back quickly. I used Revolut for my flight and opened up a refund request - they said it could take some time, but I'd expect it to be far quicker than Ryanair's weeks and months codology
It would damage this forums' reputation

Has anyone had a flight that's gone ahead they they haven't used?
I'm not entitled to a refund or voucher although I can change for free.

My flight out with a different air line has been cancelled just for good measure

Nice one, thanks. Yeah, BT is what appeared on my statement also when I booked the flights.
I got onto Ryanair via the webchat there recently and requested the refunds again, they processed most of them within a week or two.
