They were relegated as a result of the points deduction.

Having 1 positive case and getting the game called off is laughable.

Arsenal loaning out Mari and in talks to sell Kolasinac after getting the game against Spurs cancelled at the weekend with one confirmed Covid case (a second was confirmed afterwards)

 Have to agree with that , as it has been done to Burnley also . As i read last night with so many Burnley games called off they will be playing in the Premiership and the Championship next season

Unfair
All clubs have a squad of 25. 

If a team has 3 injuries, 8 on a Covid outbreak doesn't matter.
If a team has 8 injuries already, 8 on a covid outbreak means they can't field a team
