Yes, who could have ever predicted that we might have two players injured at the same time...

He'd be off his game to rest players with one eye on the Dutch game. Nobody expects a result in Paris but a hammering will see one of the final nails in his coffin.

Did Doherty not serve his suspension vs Gibraltar?

Is it not a 3 game ban for a straight red? |

Don't know if that applies to international football.

Not one single person will care about the French result if we beat the Dutch imo plus in terms of actually finishing 2nd a win vs the Dutch is likely more important. I think he has to approach the two games with a focus on the home game vs the Dutch. A valiant draw away to France and half the team absolutely wrecked followed by a defeat to the Dutch and it's all over. Tbh Kenny's only chance of saving his job is to win the game vs the Dutch, accordingly he should be directing all his attention towards that game imo. |

Barring something unusual, the midfield will be knight, cullen, and molumby. Arguably our strongest midfield anyway.

We're decent enough..

It was all over two months ago John. He might as well have a crack at the French at this point. Throwing games isn't going to endear him to anyone.

Don't agree it was all over but agree we should have a tilt at the french anyway. Kenny's games are likely numbered so why not go for every single one. And I forgot about Ogbene and agree he'd be in behind Evan. |

This lad is cursed with injuries and seems to get them at the worst possible times.
Hope he makes a quick recovery and the few international breaks might help minimise the club games he will miss. Edited by kevin100 - 15 Aug 2023 at 5:23pm |

Good news. I'm assuming still a big doubt for September but hopefully not beyond that. |
