Something tells me Gareth wouldn't need to roll out the red carpet.

Wolves say they're sticking with the interim coach now until the end of the year at least, so hopefully Hodge will get some more decent game time over the next couple of months.

Meaning they couldn't find anyone that actually wanted the job. That or Jorge Mendes is too busy dealing with Ronaldo's issues now to pick someone for them.

Good news for Hodge though as he might pick up more minutes with the interims in charge. Wonder if Nathan Collins has a relegation release clause in his contract.

He's got himself a handy big paying job over in Saudi Arabia. He'd wanna be mad to walk away from that for Wolves.

This is really good news for Hodge.

I'm usually against calling up players but in this case I'd make an exception. Call him up and play him.

Is he trying to keep The Wolves from his door?

Take Nuno notice of that. Wolves are a real Hodgepodge.

Liam Kelly LOLLOL

There's a name I haven't heard in awhile. LOL

his move to feyenoord was one of the more random transfers in recent memory

Wasn't really that random as Jaap Stam was manager and worked with him at Reading.

you're right, its extremely common for irish midfielders who cant get a game in a team battling relegation in the championship to move to the team that finished 3rd in holland

Both Hodge and Ronan did quite well.
Collins played a big part in the Wolves goal. He won the ball in an advanced position and got the ball moving forward.

Ronan nearly scored too, keeper saved it, happened about 5 minutes before he was subbed.

It was a brilliant effort. He made a good run into the box, got in front of the defender and managed a strong backheel flick on target as the cross was a bit behind him. It needed a super Dave from the keeper. He was taken off in a double substitution but the crowd gave them loud applause
