Was living in Bilbao for their last final against Barcelona a few years ago. City came to an absolute standstill. Atmosphere in the city in the lead up was absolutely incredible. Bilbao needs to win that cup again. Fourth most successful club in Spain but so deprived of silverware since the 80s. Dreaming of an all Basque final in the heart of Spain.

Would be happy for any of those sides to win it. A Basque final would be brilliant but I'd also like to see Mirandes win it. Was great to see Bobby Soldado rolling back the years and scoring twice against Valencia and to properly celebrate after scoring against his former club.
Ridiculous that it's not on any TV station here though.

Looks like an all Basque final but both clubs tend to slip up when they shouldn't so there could well be a big shock |

Why is it pointless?
Answer might sound obvious but they were given the emergency transfer with the stipulation that the player is either a) a free agent or b) already playing in Spain. More attention should be paid to the fact Leganes are 2nd bottom and just lost their biggest hope on a cheap buyout fee outside the transfer market.

Pointless for Barca - £18m for a player that won't play. Pointless for Leganes - Lose an important player and will now get relegated. Pointless for Braithwaite - he's gonna sit on the bench rather than playing now. It's also completely unfair/corrupt Barcelona lose their striker - allowed to sign an emergency striker. Leganes lose their striker - not allowed to sign an emergency striker.
