Guardiola in the Champions League is like a Countdown contestant who is faced with the following numbers game:

Numbers: 2, 1, 10, 3, 4, 100

Target (audience laughs): 200

The 30 seconds goes by....dih duh, deh duh, de de deh duh, buhm

Pep: "Yes, I've got 200"

Continuity Richard Whiteley: "Goo ahead, Pep"

Pep: "OK, Rachel, 100 minus 2 minus 1 equals 97

10 minus 3 minus 4 equals 3

Add that three to the 97 to get 100

Then add the 100 to get 200"

Rachel: "Sorry Pep, you've used the 100 twice"

Keylor Navas out of the Semi Final for PSG. There’s been a lot of fuss about Barcelona v Bayern. But I expect a PSG to be champions in the end. Their strike power will just be too much for anyone in the end, strong defensively and a hunger to succeed in Europe. No can say PSG don’t have history either.

PSG only founded in 1970.

Racing were ‘the’ Paris team.

It's the same lad who does the toys analysis on The Den

They've kept him on for the evening, cutbacks and all that

This actually put into my mind one night around February 2002, it was at closing time on a Wednesday night in Bruxelles pub just off Grafton Street

I was in the rock bar part downstairs and was about to ascend the stairs to leave when yer man Kev who used to be on The Den emerged from the other part of the bar to go the jacks and I said to him "how are Zig and Zag?"

He replied curtly "they're fine" before moving swiftly on

I realised later that what I did to him by drunkenly making that quip to him was a form of bullying for my own personal gratification, I was playing an unfunny joke and laughing along with it to myself, poor Kev was only out for a few pints with his mates and must have been asked that question at least a dozen times that night by random people who each, like me, thought they were being funny but were not

Poor Kev could not escape his past, which was nothing to be ashamed of anyway

I felt very mildly guilty and resolved that if I ever randomly passed Kev in a pub ever again I would not ask him how Zig and Zag were getting on, I'd ask him how the fook somebody as untalented as Ray D'Arcy got a well paid lifetime career in Irish media, I suppose the answer is in the question

This has been to easy for PSG.
They will be fresh for the final.

Hopefully the other semi will be better tomorrow.

PSG, not surprised at all. Soon to be Champions, and the first heavily backed Middle Eastern side to win Europe. I guess, their ambition will be a success then.

That's correct, but did he point out that PSG and Manchester City are exactly the same thing, except for dictatorships and not disgusting drinks?

Goal machine Gnabry does it again, a slightly easier finish this time

Bayern are blitzing their way to the final where they will have the support of all football fans and human rights enthusiasts
