Forgot about that, yeah they must have.

Born in Leeds the boy.

Say Southgate raging he slipped up there.

Two sons of ex City men combined for the winner
Claudio Reyna’s son and Haaland

Haaland an absolute steal for £19m

That would buy you Ollie McBurnie in England

Hardly a valid comparison.

Dortmund only got him for that was because his Agent insisted on a maximum release fee in his contract with Salzburg. And even then, Dortmund had to agree to a low release fee for when they sell him (Man Utd baulked at this latter, apparently).

Basically it all means Haaland will have his choice of clubs when he leaves Dortmund and he/his Agent will be able to negotiate massive signing-on fees and bonuses etc. Meaning the overall bill to the buying club will still come to a hell of a sight more than the headline "transfer fee".

Somehow, I doubt McBurnie's Agent bothered suggesting anything like that on behalf of his client!

Dortmund will only get €60m.
Everything above that is split between Haaland and his agent.

"As has been the case for a few seasons now, each of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League knockout hopefuls are allowed to register a maximum of three new eligible players. Since last season, however, it no longer matters if those players have already played in the competition for another club, or for another club still in the competition."

"45.01 As of the round of 16, a club may register a maximum of three new eligible players for the remaining matches in the current competition. Such registration must be completed by 3 February 2020 (24:00 CET) at the latest. This deadline cannot be extended.

45.02 Any or all of the players from the above quota of three may have been fielded for another club in the qualifying phase, play-offs or group stage of the UEFA Champions League or UEFA Europa League."

So yeah, they did away with cup ties in UEFA competitions.

Yes 2nd was a great strike. Set up very nicely for the next game now

Even with PSG's away goal, I'd still fancy Dortmund to go through. If Witsel and Can play like that again, they have a great shot. Dortmund could kill them on the counter.

Tuchel got it wrong again with the set up, far too defensive.

Verratti will be a big miss for the return leg.

Simeone has never lost a CL knockout tie to a team that didn't have Cristiano Ronaldo in it, apparently

Does the final not count as a knock out tie?

When I'm on a football site I discuss football.

When I'm at a party, I drink and joke and chat etc (though my dancing days are thankfully past).

I guess you'd have appreciated the difference had you ever been invited to a party... Wink

Imagine being stuck between RB and Terri in a pub - 1 talking about Love Island, the other talking about what the Sunday Times wrote about Dele Alli.

A football site, a party and a pub are three different things.

I'm guessing the only reason you're on this site is because it doesn't need an invitation from a mate.
