1-1 home draws at that, even more typical.

McEvoy is not athletic enough to deal with that number 11.

As an aside, with Troy Parrot in this team we’d have been looking at six points no problem, and possibly 7/9.

I did not see that coming! Belgium should have been out of sight. Hopefully the game will turn.

What happens if both games end in a tie? What's the tie breaker vs the Czechs?

It will come down to goal difference/goals scored I think, but if we are level on that which we are currently, then it comes down to disciplinary record which Czech Republic are leading us by a good bit due to the sending off in the last game.

That'd be some kick in the nuts if it stays as is

Points in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
Goal difference in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
Goals scored in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
If more than two teams are tied, and after applying all head-to-head criteria above, a subset of teams are still tied, all head-to-head criteria above are reapplied exclusively to this subset of teams;
Goal difference in all group matches;
Goals scored in all group matches;
Penalty shoot-out if only two teams have the same number of points, and they met in the last round of the group and are tied after applying all criteria above (not used if more than two teams have the same number of points, or if their rankings are not relevant for qualification for the next stage);
Disciplinary points (red card = 3 points, yellow card = 1 point, expulsion for two yellow cards in one match = 3 points);
UEFA coefficient for the qualifying round draw;
Drawing of lots.

How our right back hasn't been subbed yet is an absolute mystery to me. It is like playing with 10 men. Their number 11 looks like their best player and McEvoy should be taken off and stick another forward on. Need to go for it now.

The Czechs are winning 1-0 now. We need to go for the win now, I presume that would leave us ahead of Belgium on h2h?

The Belgian 8 and 11 have been excellent. We are doing well in patches with some decent moves coming down our left. As already said, our right back is getting slaughtered and that’s where most of the danger has come from their perspective. Both keepers have made good saves. The standard is pretty high and it’s been entertaining so far

Ye he's having a tough time alright. They look quicker all over the pitch but that left winger is especially quick.

We're not doing too bad in possession but are struggling to defend corners and it wouldn't be a surprise to concede from one.
