Shawcross looks to be out of the season. Hopefully Collins gets some game time.

Would think he would be better off where he is. Going by the manager he should see a lot more game time this year
And it's come through now to mackay... and it's there

And they're supposedly willing to pay £8m.

Both are absolutely absurd figures for a young lad who has played a handful of senior games - decent talent that he is.

United and Bremen would just stick him in their youth side. He needs to be playing senior football in order to improve; he looks ready. A loan move to League 1/Scottish Premiership might be the best outcome. Even at Stoke he has Shawcross, Batth, Cameron, Martins Indi, and new signing Lindsay blocking his path to the first team.

Werder Bremen have enquired about taking him on a loan with a view to buying. Another German club & Man United also interested.

It would make no sense for United to throw him straight into the first team squad when he can develop his game elsewhere, with much less pressure on him.

So I fully expect him to be vice captain behind Ashley Young next season.

You'd imagine he'd sign and then stay on loan at Stoke and continue to play.

Sign and go back out on loan would be a more realistic option.
