Things moved in the right direction after the Luxembourg distaste. Home draws against the group heavy weights, and flat track bullying of weaker opponents. Generally our standard when qualifying, and he has at least matched that (the Azerbaijan result in Dublin aside). He has changed the team, blooded new players, attempted to play football. In combination he deserves a new deal and to be backed.
