Had a really good half even aside from the goal. Looks more than ready to go back to the Championship next season on this showing. Coventry has been very tidy also. O'Hora and Horgan not really involved as it has been all MK Dons on the front foot.

They will be gutted if they go out to Wycombe. Don't know how it's only 1-0. Parrott playing well unlucky not to get another goal.

Would be nice to see the young Irish lads go to Wembley a big pressure game that would be a good experience.

Jesus, Wycombe are dreadful. MK Dons only have themselves to blame.

That was a really good game to watch. The red card in the first leg did the damage for MK really.

Parrott looked a class above everyone else on the field I thought. His link up play in particular was brilliant all game. It would be a bit of a waste if he's back in League 1 next year. One possibility here is that Manning gets the QPR job and takes Parrott and Coventry up with him.

Wycombe are not great to watch but they got the job done against better teams in the play-offs a couple of years ago and were unlucky to go straight back down, by a margin of one point I think. They are a small club with scant resources but they've just seen off a more skilful MK Dons team and will not be afraid of bigger clubs like Sunderland or Sheffield Wednesday in the final.

That Canadian winger probably won't be hanging around too long either.

He's only on loan from Wolves. If Manning does hang around at MK Dons could replace Twine and Parrott with Anthony Scully who'll he know from being at West Ham. Unless Scully has offers from teams in the championship.

Corbeanu is a fine player, thankfully not Irish though, he'd have been written off for only managing 3 goals in 30 League games!
We're decent enough..

He's already a Wolves player so he has a fickle PL fan base to write him off haha.

I would love his type of player but we seem to not really develop his kind of winger at all. Zefi looks to be that type but I can't really think of that many others. Our wingers tend to not have that flair and unpredictability not sure why.

Coventry was not good at Peterborough. His best chance of getting back to that level was promotion with the Dons.

Parrott's form now is great to see. His all-round play was genuinely poor at Ipswich and Millwall, and he had a long enough poor spell in the middle of the season, but it looks like he's finally found his footing.

He admitted in a recent Athletic interview that he started to believe his own hype during his 1st pre season at Spurs. He's knuckled down and his hard work and attitude change will only benefit his undoubted talent. A season in the Championship will hopefully see him progress further but he needs to be clever with his next move as you can see he has thrived in a team that plays good football.

Coventry was never going to look good at Peterborough. Their budget wasn't big enough for the league and they were destined for relegation. Even Jack Taylor who is a good player with over 200 senior games struggled at times for them
