They've won it and topped the group on 9 points and +6 GDClap

As far as I can tell, they'll be in the top seeds for the elite group stage.

Great achievement and even sweeter it was over the Dutch.

Not only did we win, we completely dominated the game, against arguably the best side in Europe at this age group.

7 shots on target vs 1.

5 off vs 2.

Squad was missing among others: Aaron Connolly, Obafemi and Ryan Cassidy.

Refreshingly we’ve a decent number of LOI players capable of playing against and beating top prospects from Europe’s biggest clubs.

There is also a number of players who are 19 and just above this age group who look very good too.

Super stuff.
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Some win that. McAuley not even playing, reckon he picked up a knock as he had a good game first day supppsedly. Connolly, Obafemi and McEntee all to come into the squad aswel.

6, all Dublin based, perhaps coincidentally.

Rovers - Clarke, Bolger
Pats - Maher, O'Farrell
Bohs - Reghba, Lyons

Edit, sorry, didn't see post above

going to be very tight to make the top tier for elite draw.

7 teams make the top tier. Germany and Portugal automatically make it in, leaving 5 spots up for grabs.

There are 13 qualifying groups so 9 points is almost certainly a must. Italy are ahead of us on GD. Meaning we can afford only 3 more teams doing better than us.

A draw between Switzerland and Spain this evening would be ideal.

The Austria/Hungary group has one round of games left and neither can finish ahead of us.

Lot of groups dont play until November.

France being in a group with Belgium is good news.

9 pts GD +6 wasnt enough to make top seeds in 2018 but it was in '15, '16 and '17
