Sorry didn't reply to anyone on here do appreciate the messages 🙂 

Christmas was strange time for me didn't have the same level of excitement for it but was just nice to spend it at home especially with the mother after her recent health issues

Came hack to work last week office was dead which was ideal for me eased myself back into it without being overloaded with the post Christmas cheer. Got a meeting with my new counsellor later today and looking to register for a food hygiene course which will hopefully lead me doing some work at the local foodbank.

I've been doing some work in a home with some fellas with autism today and have  just finished and on my first Double Maxim will be meeting up with my son and his girlfriend shortly.

DM had a tough year myself mates passing, marriage split and had to sign my mam in to nursing home as im Power of attorney and promised her i never would, but had no choice. Starting to see light and pushing forward for new year

2 things, helped
draw a pie chart and put segements of your life in red amber and green, appreciate the green and focus on what you can do to turn reds to amber
