Yes go into settings a change it to allow unknown sources and download downloader.

Mobdro works fine on firestick. RTE Player not so much.

Yeah you can install anything on Amazon firesticks -
They are very flexible.

Is it possible to install third party apps on an Amazon Firestick? My new smart TV has limitations, and would a Firestick be a way round it?  In particular I'm lookig to have BT Sport, RTE Player and Mobdro

I like using IPTV on the firestick as I can move it between TV's in the house.

I picked up a handy nice little 32 Inch TCL Android TV for €189 in Power City Saoirview Approved and with some help of YouTube Videos I got Downloader App put on it so have put an IPTV sub on it playing nicely. Handy if you don't want a Firestick.

Use the Amazon firestick- can download all the apps on that.
You don’t need a top of the range TV.

Can anyone PM me or reply with some good IPTV subscriptions that have Irish and English channels? The one I have now uses a MAG box and has probably ~5-10 Irish channels (RTE, Virgin Media, etc) and a bunch of English (BBC, SKY Sports, ITV, etc) but it is ~30 Euro a month.

Hi lads can anyone recommend what smart box to get I'm just having a look on Amazon at the moment but not sure which one to pick? I have X96mini box at the moment which tends to freeze quite a lot so I'm not sure if its the smart box itself as i have very good broadband speeds at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
