Wales isn’t a country though. It’s no problem to hand out caps if you know that the flag, jersey and anthem behind it is a load of made up bollocks.

Should be given the captaincy. He's clearly captain material despite not playing any senior football yet for his club.

If he comes on later than he should be in the senior squad bit no word on Mick and co actually looking at him unless there doing it behind the scenes

Don't think the rule about home grown players counts for match days. Just when registering squad for the tournament.

Not to dampen the enthusiasm, but is he not only in the squad because of UEFA rules regarding matchday squads having players who came  through the ranks?

I assume none because technically Nolan hasn't played either and is this his first time actually making the match day squad in a competitive fixture? The lads 20 in a couple of days and one for the future which is something that's not gonna be a worry for Mick McCarthy.

Let him play with the u21s until summer 2020 under the guy that's gonna be the next senior manager unless he somehow breaks into the Inter Milan senior squad between now and then.

Comes from a family of huge Irish supporters there’s no chance of a Declan Rice situation here
