Looks a nice bit of business. He's 31 now but has always been a very classy player. Thought he played well at the World Cup

Jorge Mendes is one the investors at the club, albeit not listed as one as they're exploiting a loophole in the rules.

That's the 7th player Wolves have signed who Jorge Mendes represents since the takeover 2 years ago.

Nobody in the top 6 would buy big nut.

What’s going on at Chelsea - William and Hazzard to leave?
It would be hard to replace them.

Carrick retired,. Just filling the English quota for Europe by paying a veteran to sit on the bench

Sure Saints had Stuart Taylor there for the last 3/4 years!

There's a blast from the past!

Had a quick gander at his wiki page there, 20 years as a pro and played under a 100 games Shocked

Another case of the top clubs paying a keeper well past his sell-by date just to fill the homegrown quota, Rob Green on his way to Chelsea LOL

Looks like Lucas Digne is off to Everton. Superb signing if they can get him back to the level he was at while at Roma

The window closes 17.00 on Thursday 9th Aug.

10 days to go and still a relatively quiet window.
Clubs are just asking for ridiculous fees.
Spurs were chasing Zaha from Palace and were quoted £70M

Leicester signed big nut for £17M last season and now he is worth £65M.....
