Very surprised by Spieth today. +5 for him is a terrible round.

Rory messed up in R3 with a 70 when the conditions were favourable.
Molinari and Rose has 65 and 64.

I’d say there’s a load of players kicking themselves thinking they could have won that.

Another first time winner.
Since woods last won there has been some amount of first time winners.

Good to see Woods in the top 10 tho.

McIlroy, only player under par for all 4 rounds, still not good enough.

Molinari didn't drop a *single shot* over the last two rounds.

He’s been on fire the last few months wining in Europe and America.
Luke Donald tipped him beforehand (and Fleetwood) - He was 28/1

Rory in his post match interview was already talking about the US PGA.
For a guy who has not won a major for 4 years he should be looking to play his best golf.
He’s putting too much pressure on himself.
If he plays his best golf the wins will come.

I wonder will the pressure be dumped on spieth about looking to complete the career grand slam, much like the media does with mcilroy when leading up to the masters? only needs this one.

massive bottle job by several players yesterday. very open major, was great to watch. magic to have TW back in there, gutted he didn't make it 15

Spieth will get the career grand slam one day. I reckon he can get to 10 majors. Everybody has the long game but his putting is brilliant.

I thought Tiger was done winning majors and big tournaments but he showed this weekend if he can stay injury free he can compete.
He has 79 PGA wins but needs 3 more to tie Sam Snead.
He won’t break 18 majors but he can beat that record that will never be broken.

Agreed absolute prick. That's what happens when beer is sold on course.

You'd have more success eradicating it banning Americans than beer.

Eleven Sports to show the USPGA next month.
They have exclusive rights for it in Ireland and UK.
You can watch it online for free if you sign up to a 7 day free trial.
Also showing the first two rounds on Facebook.

Eleven Sports.......never heard of them.

Rory was under par for every round and finished joint second. I think he is playing pretty good golf, even if his putting was not fantastic this week. He definitely left at least two or three putts out there that he should have made.

I thought his approach shots from fairway to green let him down this week.
He was brilliant off the tees and his putting was better than it has been in previous majors

He has one win in two years.
All his talk is around building up momentum for the majors.
When he was winning majors he was also winning other tournaments.
I just feel he is trying to hard for the majors.

His 3rd round of 70 was poor given the conditions even if it was under par. Rose shot 64 and Molinari a 65.

His wedge play wasn’t up to his usual standards thankfully.

1 win in two years, jaysus that's crap.

When you look at it, he shouldn't even be talked up as a challenger with that kinda form

He said in an interview last week that it wasn't that long ago he was talked of as challenging Jack Nicklaus's record of 18 majors. He's deluded.
