ZERO chance of Bazunu signing for anyone where he's not at least challenging for no 1 spot.

I don't see Bazunu going to Liverpool but the story possibly has more relevance to Kelleher as it suggests Liverpool are in the market for a backup keeper. Not sure whether that would be so that Kelleher could go on loan or whether they would just sell him on.

If there's any truth in the report at all that would surely be it.

Klopp saying they have to rotate for the AC Milan game tomorrow night, so hopefully Kelleher gets in.

A game here and there is no good for his development or for us. The lad needs to be playing regular first team football for a bit at his age.

On the bench again. Klopp really only sees him as a number 2 rather than a long term prospect.

I don’t see the logic in it. Second dead rubber in a row that he hasn’t been selected. Even if Klopp doesn’t rate him, he’s still better off getting minutes.

Kelleher needs to get himself a loan. He's clearly not even really trusted for a dead rubber game so he will only really get league/fa cup games which Klopp has shown he doesn't care about as he plays kids every year.

Even City are playing Steffen (their No2) tonight...

Definitely needs to get out of there now, and probably not just on loan - although it will be hard for him to walk away from the security of his current contract, if he's not even getting CL dead rubber games he needs to think about his longer term career. From an Ireland point of view Bazunu is leaving him for dust at this stage.

Going for the 6 wins it’s a record I think I heard.

He should throw a strop and headbutt Klopp and then retire from football

That is a weak liverpool team so don't even buy the all wins is important to them. They are playing Nat Phillips and Nico Williams in defense, throwing in Kelleher at this point won't make much difference.

I'm sure even the Liverpool fans on here will be wondering what's going on tonight. Tne argument that Kelleher is better off staying at Liverpool and getting a few games here and there isnt holding much weight anymore. Tonights game and the previous one were definitely matches Kelleher should be playing in.

This statement totally goes against what Klopp has recently said.

Kelleher could end up being the next Richie Partridge if he doesn't go out on loan soon.

Again, not true - He's very much trusted as demonstrated any time Allison has been injured over the past year when Kelleher has got the nod over Adrian.

Not really - You can't play a full back 4 of younger players so somebody will lose out.
In this case it's Kelleher. You'd expect him to start the league cup game in 2 weeks, the FA Cup in January.

Everyone 'expected' him to start tonight.

You can 'expect' him to start the league cup game in 2 weeks but that may not happen either.

how long longer will Klopp be at anfield. A game here ans there for the next 2 and a half seasons isn’t going to get CK anywhere. The world doesn’t stop turning and there are plenty of 17/18 yos coming along that he’ll be competing with in 3 or 4 years time never mind the fellas his same age around the world - all looking for an opportunity in the Championship never mind the EPL.
