Who's arsed, the lad is Kevin Long with blonde hair and a pair of goalie gloves. Content to sit on the bench with a nice paycheck and make a few appearances a year. I don't care about Bazunu's poor season, at least he's pushing himself and taking risks to make a name for himself.

Thought he’d a good game and had no chance with the goals
Seems a good goalkeeper

Won't have a save to make that game. Wolves not so good at the whole shots on target thing. Confused

He was excellent tonight, anyone arguing otherwise is making a fool of themselves. Not good though that he won't play much more this season unless Allison gets injured. Right now he looks our best keeper on form - but fully agree it's easier to look that when you aren't under the microscope week in, week out.

Made some good saves. Couldn't have done much about the goals.

Really do think it's the time to go out loan

It's been just over two years since he played a Champions League game, and he's played only two games. You make it sound like he's regularly playing in Europe. He's got more caps for Ireland than he does CL or PL appearances, nine for Ireland to six in the PL and CL.

I agree that he hasn’t played near enough games to establish himself as a number one for us. But to throw out the term ‘proper football’ is just ludicrous

CK is a better keeper than Bazunu. Hopefully he moves in summer, will be our no1 when he moves imo.

Both this and the Bazunu thread are just pissing contests between LFC/non LFC fans, entirely pointless. Both good young keepers. I'm an LFC fan, but would agree that Kelleher cant/wont displace Bazunu unless he is playing regularly. I do think he is at least equally as good as Bazunu. I'm not sure what I'd do in his position, he's at a great club, earning a good living and occasionally getting chances at the highest level, tough one for the lad.

I'm a pool fan but an Irish fan above all else and for CK's sake and the Irish team, he should go on loan. I'm sure there would be a queue of clubs ready to take him.

a loan is off the cards in jan for sure. klopp wont risk kelleher leaving given allison is prone to the odd injury. hopefully he forces a move during the summer. somewhere like leicester would be ideal.

Yup the rhetoric around Kelleher after the 1-0 loss to Armenia in particular was a bit ridiculous! We are lucky to have 3 talented young keepers like them outside a top class marksman a decent goalkeeper is the hardest thing of all to find for a nation outside the top 9/10!

If Kelleher plays a PL game this season we will have 3 of the 4 youngest keepers to play in the League this season potentially! Bazunu is the youngest No.1 in PL history! It’s all to be celebrated!

Not to say they are above criticism mind! For some reason I picture Kelleher at Leicester next summer! They could definitely do with a keeper with more potential/ability then Ward!

Yeah but can't they do a loan with a recall clause in case Alisson got a bad injury?
