Why exactly is it out of its control? Cos of an archaic rule?

It clearly says It would require a change of rule that would be required at congress. Now not saying its right be it is out of the hands of Cork GAA

"He said he was told by the Cork County Board that a rule change at GAA congress would be required to allow the match to proceed at Páirc Uí Chaoimh and he said he understood this."

So fooking what? Rule my hole. Young man dies in his prime having played both codes and Cork GAA hide behind a fooking rule. Immoral and shameful.

Funny how the GAA ban foreign sports on their pitches yet one of their main sponsors do everything they can to get English footballers, pundits and managers over to whore themselves in the name of GAA
Pied Piper to: Baldrick, Brendan 88, 9Fingers, Borussia and more...

It's a nonsense rule and all it takes is Cork County Board to ignore it for this occasion. Disgraceful

Any of you that are criticising the GAA for this : Are any of you GAA members ?
Am not angling for a row here at all and I'd love for the game to happen in Pairc UC : Just curious.
