I also got the impression that the Dublin team really enjoyed this win and looked it at the end of the game. It’s a very special generation of player and Dublin fans should acknowledge that this won’t last forever and we are already seeing other counties develop at underage level.

Four in a row!!

When one county gets 8-10 times the funding of their competitors then there's only one outcome.

Hard to give Dublin any credit under these circumstances....which is a shame as they undoubtedly have some of the best players ever. However they're always be an á sterisk beside their achievements.

Change the record.

My highlight of the year was the night the Dubs were in Omagh, best occasion and atmosphere I have ever witnessed in Omagh.

And you go on on about funding and how much the Dubs get, but at the end of the day you can only put 15 out on the pitch and you have to hand it to the Dubs. Its every other county's responsibility to get their own house in order and drag their standards and levels up to the level of the Dubs.

Roll on The McKenna Cup...

Talks some sh*t in that. Says he went to bed at 1 O'Clock after an All Ireland Final win because he didn't like the attention LOL

Looking forward to the bit where he addresses the "malicious rumours" surrounding his private life Evil Smile

It was 3.40 in the morning it says in that interview.

Getting out of the car in Moy and walking for hours until 1am after losing to Mayo in 2016 was a strange story.

Any truth in those "malicious rumours" Bog?
heard them a number of times. I take it he denies them in the book?

It was 3.40 in the morning and he was lying awake on the bed since 1am I think he said.

Yeah strange story alright, sounds like pure bull just to grab a headline and boost book sales

Yeah he denies them. Heard a good few rumours about him-you wouldn't have to go far to find someone that believes them. Not sure either way if I'm being honest. His wife's brother is Charlie Vernon, the Armagh player

Good interview with the Mayo ladies manager on Colm Parkinson’s GAA Hour podcast in relation to the player walkout and the so called player welfare issues raised in the squad

Really doesn't reflect well on Carnacon players if this true......that's an understatement .

Of course there are 3 sides to every story though.
