Yeah I didn't link my accounts. Saw absolutely no benefit of it but increased risk

I don't see the benefit of doing it!

Wirecard have been questionable for some time. There's a jouno at the FT who has had 3 or 4 articles on them in the last 2 years, each time saying their accounts are fraudulent. They did a sharebuy back program last year which is usually a statement of strength - a company taking back its shares and shredding them - but they did it for a tiny amount of the valuation they put on themselves. Share price usually shoots up after a buyback - theirs went down - everyone saw it for what it was.
It looks like it'll take someone like verifone, fis/worldpay or elavon/sage to come in and buy them to sort out their problems.

haven't requested or sent money to anyone in a while, but the new way of doing it whereby you send a link to request or receive a link to accept via whats app or other txtual means is a load of nonsense. I was due money and the link to accept it wouldnt work and then the link i sent to request it wouldn’t work for the other party. The original method was so much easier and straightforward.

I always use that option and use revolut when buying a non € purchase. Even for purchases of tat from china that cost a quid or two, you always save something.

If you're given the option always pay in the currency listed and don't take the website's conversion. now it could be that UB were just trying to shaft you.

Jase I'd be lost without revolut...Trying to navigate the BOI app is dreadful. Completely useless app, can't do much more than view your account balance on it
