The FAI can't even do something a basic as this Cup final should be 6pm on a Saturday. It would be very unlucky to clash with a big PL match at that time. With all due respect to both teams, I hope to f**k neither get to the final next year. Pain in the hole watching them. |

They'd really want to close the top tiers of the stadium.

#Diversity #SharedSpace I consider myself pro-Lilywhite, player transfer, toe-to-toe ding-dong Football matches with my own club UCD. I would expect Dundalk to continue to be the benchmark that other clubs measure themselves against. 90 minutes of Football (Dundalk) versus the outcome of the game (Cork City), my world view is to enjoy the 90 minutes.

The boys seemed to be sl*gging him off pre match saying he only does it against the small teams in small games. |

McEleney is class IMO. I hope he stays in the league. Why do our players think its england or failure? Why not belguim or holland or a sweden etc.

Agreed. Of all the players on the pitch today, I'd pick Grifffin to reach the highest level of all of them. Decent footballer but his athleticism will bring him a long way Can't see a championship club picking up McEleney as much as I admire him |

First time not being at the final in a few years, probably the most enjoyable to watch out of the last 3. Either side could have won it in normal or extra time.
I thought Shane Griffin was excellent for Cork. Penalties were top class also. Will Mark McNulty retire now or keep playing? Well done Cork on a successful season. |

Did you listen to the post match analysis? The panel were debating about Cork having this mentality that everyone is against them and they are in their own little bubble |

I had a choice between Denmark and today, right now I can't help but feel I have made the wrong choice. A huge and unbelievable achievement by Caulfield, one he will get no credit for, apart from Cork City fans.
Superb, Johnny. Superb.
