A player who played for Preston earned £2m

Still I doubt his PNE deals were enough to last a lifetime somehow. Was on 1k a week at Cork city before that..

Looks like he may be on the way to Carlisle United. Could see him doing OK in League One.

Reports that he may have got a move to Coventry. Would be a decent one for him if it comes off.

Maguire is more of a support forward these days to be fair. But even then he's bottom half Championship level at best.

They'll also need plenty of toil, which Maguire offers. Despite his very poor goalscoring record the last few seasons, the Preston fans were actually quite complimentary of Maguire's efforts this season and his ability to bring the best out of others.
We're decent enough..

if they stay in league 1 maybe. Can’t see seanie coming into the mix if they’re looking to have a proper go at the championship.
Realistically if they get promoted their aim will be to avoid relegation next season.
They'll need a goal scorer whose proven at Championship level so that would rule out Maguire.

Cunningham off with a nasty looking injury tonight just as he was beginning to build a head of steam.

Browne going great guns.

Hes out with an ankle injury he picked up in his last game against West Brom.
