I do think it'll be a 3 but would say he'll go for Idah over Parrott.. I haven't picked a team right yet though under SK, so who knows!

He's had it twice and it he hasn't killed him. Is there any possibility that we may have overblown the covid thing? I'm not a conspiracy theorist by any means but common sense seems to have gone out the window.

I'm also not anti vax but I do understand the hesitancy. For the vast majority of those under 50, its a mild illness.

You obviously were lucky enough not to know any people who were badly impacted by Covid.
Plenty of people not that fortunate.

And my heart goes out to them. We have one of the highest rates of cancer in the world. Certain parts of Ireland have ludicrously high cancer rates especially for certain cancer types. We never get daily announcements of cancer rates.

To reiterate. I am not anti vax
I strongly dislike conspiracy theories but life must go on

Cancer isn’t contagious. FFS.

Cancer kills approximately 3 times as many people as coronavirus does yet we haven't put all our resources into trying to find a cure for that?? Is that acceptable to you so cause it's not contagious? f**king idiot.

People were impacted by coronavirus same way they were impacted by 100s of other diseases beforehand. Should we slate players for being fond of a drink or two because people die of alcohol poisoning? The "say that to the people impacted by it" argument is emotive and lazy at this stage. It's cliche spouting without any context.
Listen here you little bollox. DO NOT f**kING TALK TO ME ABOUT CANCER. Take that comment back you f**kin arsehole. That’s is f**king personal to me you absolute f**kin dickhead.

It's you stated "it's.not contagious" to make your point? We all know someone who's been affected by cancer directly or someone we know you are not alone in that.

If it's going to trigger you to that extent maybe don't make comments like "cancer is not contagious ffs" to a poster making a factually correct statement about our high cancer rates and us not focusing on that daily.
Saying “we don’t announce daily cancer rates” makes a f**king mockery out of cancer and Covid. If you have something further to say about it, DM me. I am absolutely disgusted with you.

I never said it B6 6HE said it for a start. Providing context is not making a mockery of something.

I can DM you if you want to clear the air but your saying your disgusted with me for making valid points? I'm disgusted with society in general that it's got to the stage Robinson is getting dogs abuse for not taking a vaccine for a virus he's beaten twice already without said vaccine.

Cant see Parrott starting - I'm guessing he starts vs Qatar. Robinson will definitely start, hopefully as part of a 3 with himself and Connolly to the right and left of probably Idah, but I wouldn't rule out Keane. He could go 4-2-3-1 with Robinson, Keane and Connolly behind Idah, probably too unbalanced, but it might work with Knight as one of the 3.

It's his own personal choice.
But the comment about him "Beaten twice already" is ridiculous. How many people did he infect and did they also suffer no consequences? I doubt he could even answer that himself.

Anyone choosing not to be vaccinated is a twat in my eyes. Best of luck to them though, just don't expect any sympathy from me if it comes back to bite you on the arse. Oh and just to keep it on topic for the forum police he should start up front on Saturday.

the point being made about cancer not being contagious is that if there was a vaccine rollout that would not only help protect you from cancer, but also protect all those around you, people would be f**king arseholes for not taking it. My personal choices don't impact others in terms of the chances of getting cancer, but my choice regarding the vaccine and how I go about my day with regards to distancing, hygiene, mask-wearing etc., absolutely have an impact on others in their chances of getting COVID.

but aye anyway, I expect Robinson to start this weekend if he's fit enough

It's very surprising that the football clubs aren't doing more about it. The risk of long covid on the players surely means protecting them is of vast importance and they should be given all of the right information and encouragement in getting vaccinated to protect their careers without even getting into the impact on society as a whole.

I think Kenny has taken the right approach.

Also surprised the clubs insurance companies aren't making them.

I think Kenny has taken the right approach.

The extent of non vaccination amongst professional footballers would make that impossible as the non compliances would far exceed the compliance rate.

from the Dept of Foreign Affairs website. This seems to suggest that some of our players will not be allowed enter the country if they cannot prove vaccination or immunity from Covid after recovery.
