And the party’s deputy leader Gavin Robinson was suddenly appointed to the Privy Council yesterday. In other news, a 61 yr old man and his 57 yr old wife from County Down have been arrested and charged with historical sex offences ( child rape ) and are due in court in late April ( the wife is charged with aiding and abetting ). Local journalists are bursting to do the front page stories but have been warned off for the moment by their legal teams. I note in passing that two of Jeffrey’s former mentors were UUP MPs Jim Molyneaux, a closet gay, and Enoch Powell, a sadistic paedophile. The DUP has apparently been asked for a statement but they are silent so far.

One of the daughters is married to a son of former UUP big shot Danny Kennedy and she confided in him about herself and the niece. He insisted that she report it to the police and they bugged Jeffrey’s house and car. So there are tapes, damning evidence, so straight to charging instead of referral to the DPP where it might have died a convenient death. Allegedly.

If true what would bugging his phone achieve?  He's hardly talking about it years later to people on the phone.
