Worked very hard, showing for the ball a lot, looks unfazed by his surroundings. I'd say he's been Reading's best player so far. Impressive first half, signs are definitely good

Fair play to Kelly but is there any chance we can get joe.ie to publish some cartoons of Mohamed in an uncompromising position with a couple of rent boys and a bag of coke?

Pretty average tonight vs QPR. Was taking corners and free kicks and he seems to have a very nice delivery. Looks composed on the ball and he's always showing for it, but too much sideways and backwards passing, got a bit of stick from the crowd at one point for a needless backwards pass. Would give him a 5.5/10, maybe a 6.

Yeah..way too many sideways passes. Delivery from set pieces wasn't too bad.

I personally thought he was bad tonight, offered nothing from general play and was sloppy in possession on a few occasions especially in the first half.
Still all in all, his rapid rise in the past few months is great to see and it's normal for youngsters to have the odd blip.

Was at Reading away last night, Kelly was the outstanding player for them. Very neat and tidy on the ball, few decent challenges and good passer. He is tiny though, but looked accomplished for a young guy. Get this lad a run out v Iceland.

Was most peoples MOTM again last night. Has continually performed well since getting into the team. Has featured in the last 12 games (starting 7) with 5 MOTM awards according to The Tilehurst End.
What was most impressive last night, on top of his usual creative passing, was that he made the most successful tackles of all Reading's midfielders. Still early days, but this guy could be a real gem. Has the potential to step into the Hoolahan role

Good call from MON, hopefully he'll get his debut against Iceland alongside Horgan+Hourihane.
