Aye. Easily the biggest shock of the championship so far
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

Tyrone Down Ulster final, brings back memories of '03, and we all know how that year ended up...

Poor enough game. Delighted Down finished with the last score as they were under the cosh and Monaghan should have levelled it. Westmeath will stay with the dubs for 40 mins or so. Kildare on the otherhand will give them a scare. And if they can keep the widecount to 6 or 7 who knows.
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Poor enough game
No pleasing some people

Split loyalties for Byrno in the Ulster final now. Lives in down but was a member of the Tyrone centre of excellence for years where he got to know McCarron and the boys

Happily surprised. Don't see us beating Tyrone though.

And Eamonn! Why do people keep forgetting about poor Eamonn

Broadcast media (i.e. RTE). Talked to the print media no problem.
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

I would like to think we will give you a better game in the final than the show that WM put on today, i think they won 1 of their own kick outs all game!

The media ban is a bit childish.

Kevin Cassidy is a bit of a dopey coont....

"To any Kildare team that thinks they can waltz through that, well they have another thing coming."

CON knows exactly the task ahead, most  teams in the country know they cant beat the Dubs let alone "waltz through them "LOL

I just hope we keep the score respectable and make it a close game for as long as possible.

Dublin blanking he media is a bit of sour grapes from them . Connolly got the ban as set out in the rules. Didn't think Gavin would be into this

Not blanking the media only broadcast media. Only for this game as well. Not sour grapes either. Connolly was wrong to do what he did but no way would that have been blown up like it was by Spillane if it had of been anyone else.
