I don't see the difference between a lad like Keane, who may well have been holding out to see where his career took him for England and lads who throw their hat in with us early because they feel they have no hope with England.

honestly don't think he'll stand out in this England team at all ....vast majority of games they play far inferior teams in qualifying dominating possession from an attacking point of view, it's only when they reach a quarter final of a tournament and get beat by a better team that he might be noticeable |
