Also had a call from the police chief during the week, amazed he was and said they never had it so easy as with the Irish fans

Really proud to see & hear these things about the Irish fans that were with us , can somehow expect it, but to see it first hand in the midst of the action was truly something to behold


So heres to a massive 3 points in the bag (living here, this one was xtra special!) and a weekend never to be forgotten!

The team, the fans...just keep it up!

Roll on March and the next big win

Well done everyone great weekend, great result and thanks to staff in Charlie Ps and other pubs for making it so enjoyable.

Wish I could say same for Dubliner in Bratislava but thats another story :(

Just hope we can keep grinding out the results and maybe this time next year do a few Russian Classes. But dare to dream too much.

Dare I say that your story re the Dubliner in Bratislava is very similar tomthat of others on here. Indeed (not sure if it was you) one or two mentioned they would be dropping in there prior to arrival in Vienna and were advised against it.

A few of us were in there on the mon nite seemed ok sl*gging the waiter etc .. and few lads were still singing in the smoking area , did someone have a bad experience in there ???

Worst bar in Bratislava with absolute thugs for bouncers. I warned lads on here after the first trip there and this time.

No one in Bratislava was Irish owned but they were run out of town by local mafia.
